FuoriMuro – Servizi Portuali e Ferroviari
Established as a shunting company managing on an exclusive basis all shunting activities in the Port of Genoa, FuoriMuro became in August 2012 a rail company as well: now it combines the shunting services with daily transport of goods from the port of Genoa to Rivalta Scrivia interport. In addition, FuoriMuro regularly connects Marseille (France) to Parma and Pavia (Northern Italy) and assures a complete service including the hire and supply of wagons and containers.

TS – Traction & Service
Besides with FuoriMuro, which has handled in 2013 more than 130.000 wagons in the Port of Genoa, shunting activities are led with TS – Traction & Service. The company operates in the rail-connected industrial sites of Friuli Venezia Giulia region (Udine, San Giorgio di Nogaro and Trieste) and employees about 20 people also prepared for rolling stock maintenance services.

MaReSer
MaReSer, provides from 2011 maintenance and revamping services for port, rail and industrial vehicles. With operational offices in the Port of Genoa, in Vado Ligure (Savona) and Trasaghis (Udine) and equipped with 6 mobile workshops, the Company has acquired in July 2014 the majority share of the stock of NewCo ODA – Officine di Arquata in order to extend its activities to the maintenance of rail wagons.

ODA – Officine di Arquata
Established in April 2014, ODA – Officine di Arquata (Arquata Scrivia, Alessandria) has acquired in July 2014 the business from former “ODA 96”. ODA has available a plant of about 50.000 m² equipped with 3 workshops and rail park with 12 linked binaries.

I.LOG – Iniziative Logistiche
Established in 2004 to promote innovation and research in the rail and logistics fields, the Company has conceived in 10 years of activity different technological and software solutions. The most important is the Metrocargo concept, an automated containers handling system that can be built along the rail tracks immediately under the catenary, i.e. without the need for shunting.

Metrocargo Italia
Metrocargo Italia provides intermodal “door to door” services with a high level of competence, reliability and flexibility. A tangible example of this philosophy is the launch, in July 2013 and in partnership with rail company FuoriMuro, of a multi-client, multi-product, multi-origin e multi-destination train connecting Marseille (France) with North-Western Italy. Thanks to this transport significant savings have been shared by all involved companies and a relevant traffic has been shifted from road to rail.
